Philip Cantrill graduated from Dalhousie University, with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Marketing Informatics. He has over twenty years of experience in business planning, career transition and professional recruiting, combined with work experience in the Insurance and Automotive industries. His strengths in career transition are combined with a passion for helping people achieve and exceed their expectations through engaging group facilitation and one on one consultation. Using his analytical skills along with his business a personal acumen are the foundation of building the unique approaches for our clients businesses.

For over 20 years Phil has been coaching and mentoring recent graduates to professionals in becoming leaders in their fields and to successfully advance their careers. In 2009 Phil received a prestigious award from an international leadership development organization for his outstanding work with university students helping them to better prepare themselves for future successes.

In 2020, Philip was appointed the Chief Operating Officer of People Plus Consulting Limited.
